Product Overview

This product is a 12kVA online Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), adopting a double-conversion pure online topology with a rated capacity of 12kVA and a rated output power of 8000W. Specifically designed for important loads such as medium and large computer rooms, industrial control equipment, precision instruments, server clusters, and monitoring systems, it provides stable, pure, and uninterrupted AC power supply.

 

When the mains power is normal, the UPS rectifies, filters, and stabilizes the input mains power, then outputs pure AC power through inversion, while charging the built-in/external battery pack. When abnormal conditions such as mains power interruption, voltage surge/drop, or harmonic interference occur, the UPS immediately switches to battery inversion power supply mode with a switching time of ≤0ms, ensuring continuous operation of the load and effectively avoiding data loss, equipment damage, and production interruption.

Compliant with relevant national standards, the product features high efficiency and energy saving, intelligent operation and maintenance, and multiple protections, making it suitable for various scenarios with high requirements for power supply reliability.

Working Mode

Mains Mode (Normal Working Mode)

When the input mains voltage and frequency are within the rated range, the UPS automatically works in mains mode. The mains power is converted into DC power through input filtering and rectifier; on the one hand, it supplies power to the inverter to convert into pure AC power output to the load, and on the other hand, it intelligently charges the battery pack with constant current and constant voltage to ensure the battery is in a fully charged standby state. In this mode, the UPS can effectively filter out surges, clutter, harmonics and other interferences in the mains power, ensuring stable output voltage and frequency.

 

Battery Mode (Standby Power Supply Mode)

 

When the mains power is interrupted, the input voltage is out of the rated range (overvoltage/undervoltage) or the frequency is abnormal, the UPS immediately cuts off the mains input and switches to battery mode. The battery pack releases DC power, which is converted into standard sine wave AC power through the inverter and output to the load, realizing zero-interruption power supply. The standby time can be flexibly adjusted according to the capacity of the configured battery pack to meet the long-term power supply needs of different scenarios.

 

Bypass Mode (Emergency Protection Mode)

 

When the UPS is overloaded (exceeding 150% of the rated load), has internal faults (such as rectifier and inverter faults), or is manually switched to bypass, the equipment automatically switches to bypass mode, directly outputting the mains power to the load through the bypass to ensure uninterrupted power supply to the load, while protecting the internal components of the UPS from damage. After the fault is eliminated, the UPS can be automatically or manually switched back to mains mode.

 

Maintenance Bypass Mode (Optional)

 

Equipped with a manual maintenance bypass switch. When the UPS needs to be shut down for maintenance and inspection, the mains power can be directly supplied to the load through the maintenance bypass, realizing offline maintenance of the UPS without affecting the normal operation of the load and improving the convenience of equipment operation and maintenance.
